Git’Tipsy Pickup & Delivery Policy

Git’Tipsy & Spicy Bowl offers local pickup and local delivery for eligible orders.

Pickup: Customers must select or confirm their pickup location and pickup time when ordering. Please arrive during your confirmed pickup window. Orders should be picked up promptly to maintain food and drink quality.

Delivery: Delivery availability and fees may vary based on distance and location. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address, phone number, apartment/unit number, gate code, and any necessary delivery instructions.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, Git’Tipsy is not responsible for orders left unattended, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Fresh & Frozen Products: Our bowls and frozen drinks are prepared for freshness and quality. Customers should consume or properly store their order promptly after pickup or delivery.

Order Issues: If there is a problem with your order, please contact Git’Tipsy as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

At this time, local food and beverage orders are not shipped by mail unless specifically stated on the product listing.
